Our Journey
The story of Diplomatic Affairs Media and Communications Ltd. (DAMC) is one of vision, resilience, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Founded in 2018 by Harriet Nartey, a trailblazing journalist with a deep passion for diplomatic affairs, DAMC was born out of a simple yet powerful idea—to shed light on the work of the diplomatic community and provide a platform for celebrating international cooperation.
Harriet Nartey’s journey began humbly in the newsroom of Metro TV as a budding journalist. It was during this time that she recognized a gap in Ghana’s media landscape: the absence of dedicated platforms showcasing the work of diplomats, embassies, international organizations, and the global changemakers impacting Ghana and Africa. Inspired by this realization—and with little more than courage and determination—she embarked on an ambitious mission to create what is now Diplomatic Affairs Media and Communications Ltd.
